We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from Nutrilys Del Mar. That is why we offer an unconditional 30 day money-back guarantee. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and if you have not opened nor used it, you may return that item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping, handling or other charges.

Our money-back guarantee does not apply to used and opened items.
All items must be returned in good condition, in its original unopened, untampered container and with all paperwork to ensure full credit.

Returning an Item

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item; here are the basic steps:

  1. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  2. All items must be returned in good condition, in its original unopened and untampered containers, and with all paperwork to ensure full credit.
  3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  4. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship your return package to:

  1. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received by our Returns Team.
  2. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 10 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded all shipping costs if your return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Damaged/Defective Items
