Domestic U.S. Shipping Options and Pricing 

Orders ship within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Transit times are calculated as Monday through Friday and do not include the ship day, weekend days or federal holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

-USPS FIRST CLASS OR PRIORITY MAIL FOR ALL ORDER OVER 1LB: Arrives within 2-7 business days if order is placed by 12 PM PST. $8.00

Free standard shipping on Domestic U.S. orders over $64.00.

-USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS: Arrives within 2-3 business days if order is placed by 12 PM PST. $40.00

2-3 Day delivery orders ship the same day if received by 12 PM PST. Transit times are calculated as Monday through Friday and do not include the ship day, weekend days or federal holidays. If order is received after 12 PM PST, it will be processed the following business day. We guarantee transit times for 2-3 day shipping except in cases of acts of weather or incorrect shipping addresses.

Alaska

USPS PRIORITY MAIL: Arrives within 2-7 business days if order is placed by 12 PM PST. $15.00

Canada

Canada Standard (USPS First Class): Arrives within 8-10 business days if order is placed by 12 PM PST. $20.00 
Canadian customs fees are on your charge depending on the total value US $ of the package. 
 

Shipping fees include postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
 

Returns & Exchanges:

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us in our Contact Us Form: Contact Us page. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

- The products must have been directly purchased from nutrilysdelmar.com.

- Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.

- When you return an item, please make sure to include a copy of your receipt.

- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on open products.

- You may return items that have been damaged during shipping.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
